Rip Rap

Grade 1 and Grade 2 Rip Rap, sourced from recycled concrete and are respectively sized at approximately 12” by 18”, and approximately 18” by 24”, represent the pinnacle of strength and resilience in erosion control and construction applications. Both grades serve as formidable barriers against erosion along shorelines, embankments, and waterways. Their larger dimensions make them ideal choices for fortifying infrastructure, including seawalls, stream stabilization projects, and flood-prone areas, offering robust protection against the forces of nature. Crafted from recycled materials, these solutions not only ensure superior durability but also champion sustainability by repurposing concrete for critical erosion management. Grade 1 and Grade 2 Rip Rap stand as testaments to resilience and eco-consciousness, securing various landscaping and infrastructure projects while reducing environmental impact.

Applications

  • Erosion Control: Used along riverbanks, shorelines, and waterways to prevent soil erosion and protect against the impact of water flow and wave action.
  • Soil Stabilization: Employed on steep slopes, embankments, and hillsides to stabilize soil and prevent landslides or slope failure.
  • Stormwater Management: Utilized in stormwater management systems such as swales and retention ponds to control runoff and prevent erosion.
  • Shoreline Protection: Installed along coastlines, lakeshores, and ponds to absorb wave energy, reduce shoreline erosion, and preserve natural habitats.
